If you are a new client, you can build your account online and schedule your first appointment with us completely online.

With our PetCare Desktop online scheduling, you can book:

✔ Wellness Exams – Routine check-ups, vaccinations, and preventive care.

✔ Sick Visits – Get your pet seen by a veterinarian when they’re not feeling their best.

1. Log in or create an account on our PetCare Desktop booking portal.
2. Select the type of appointment you need (Wellness or Sick Visit).
3. Choose your preferred doctor, date and time.
4. Submit your request – you will receive an email confirmation once we confirm your appointment!

Once your booking request is received, our team will review and confirm the appointment. You will receive a confirmation email, and if we have any questions, we will reach out to you.

Some medical conditions require immediate attention and should not be scheduled through our online booking system. If your pet is experiencing any of the following symptoms, please seek emergency care at the nearest animal emergency hospital:

🚨 Difficulty breathing 🚨 Severe bleeding or deep wounds 🚨 Trauma (hit by a car, fall, or fight wounds) 🚨 Seizures or collapse 🚨 Ingestion of toxic substances (chocolate, xylitol, medications, etc.) 🚨 Persistent vomiting or diarrhea with lethargy 🚨 Sudden paralysis or inability to walk 🚨 Bloated or distended abdomen 🚨 Difficulty urinating, especially in male cats
